Timothy Chandler

Signs contract extension until 2027

Chandler has signed a contract extension with Eintracht Frankfurt until the end of the 2026/27 season, the club announced.

Analysis: Chandler joined the club at age 10 and progressed through every youth team, making 199 competitive appearances for Frankfurt and having returned to the club in 2014 after a spell at Nurnberg and gone on to win the DFB Pokal and UEFA Europa League. Sporting director Timmo Hardung praised his professionalism and influence as a role model for the club's younger players, and Chandler will also gain insight into various areas of the organization through the club's ProfiCamp alongside his playing duties next season.
