Two-way impact in victory
Castagne generated five crosses (zero accurate) and two tackles in Saturday's 1-0 win over Hull City.
Analysis: Castagne benefited from his team's possession dominance to get up the right flank, while also doing enough defensively to help shut down Hull's attack. He returned to the starting XI after resting last match, sending Kenny Tete back to the bench this time. The Belgian has yet to add to the assist he recorded early in the season, but his crossing and ability to beat a defender give him occasional attacking upside, offering value as a dependable full-back who can contribute at both ends.
Remains starting right-back
Castagne has started in all five matches to begin the season at right-back for Fulham.
Analysis: Castagne has resumed in the starting right-back role after holding that spot much of the 2025/26 season, starting in all five games this campaign. His performances so far have been mediocre for a full-back, with a decent amount of crosses(20) and an assist, keeping him somewhat relevant. He remains a tough player to roster on a struggling Fulham, unlikely to be rostered in many leagues.
