Featured off bench
Guilherme (collarbone) featured 29 minutes off bench in Saturday's 3-0 defeat against Tottenham, confirming his return from injury.
Analysis: Guilherme missed the start of the season due to a shoulder injury but is now cleared to play after featuring for half an hour in Saturday's defeat against the Spurs. That said, he should remain only a bench option for the Hammers again this season after making 12 appearances last season and starting just once.
Out with shoulder injury
Guilherme will not be an option for Friday's match against Chelsea due to a shoulder injury, according to manager Graham Potter. "We had Luis go over on his shoulder, so he's still missing, but we're fine apart from that."
Analysis: Guilherme will not make the call for Friday after also missing the season opener and not making the team sheet, as he has suffered a shoulder injury. It is unknown how long this will keep him out, as the club has yet to give a return date. This will be a minor loss for the club, as he was unlikely to see much time and only appeared 12 times last campaign.
