Matías Fernández-Pardo

Matthias Jaissle on Matias Fernandez-Pardo: "Young lads coming to the Premier League need that adaptation time. Of course, you don't have that time in the Premier League so the development and adjustment needs to be as fast as possible. I'm glad that we're seeing him in situations where he's bringing the principles on the pitch and creating the chances. I think it's just the goal missing now to give him the confidence back. He's an amazing player and has so much potential."
