Gets France U21 minutes
Bahoya played 66 minutes in France U21s' 1-1 draw with Iceland during the international break.
Analysis: Bahoya received valuable playing time with France U21s after being limited to a one-minute substitute appearance in his most recent club match. The 66-minute outing should help him build match rhythm after spending several weeks on an adaptive program following his arrival. He will now look to translate that increased workload into a larger role at club level after making his debut off the bench against Crystal Palace.
Forced off in season finale
Bahoya (knock) was forced off in the 17th minute of Saturday's final match of the season against Stuttgart, with no further details provided on the nature of the issue.
Analysis: Bahoya's early exit brought a premature end to what had otherwise been an encouraging campaign, finishing the season with three goals and four assists across 35 appearances in all competitions. The extent of the injury remains unknown, leaving his condition heading into the offseason uncertain. The young winger has shown considerable promise this season, and staying healthy will be the key factor in his continued development heading into next campaign.
