Ruled out with thigh injury
Martin (thigh) is not in Getafe's squad for Sunday's match against Racing Santander, the club announced.
Analysis: Martin still hasn't recovered from the thigh injury he suffered in the season opener against Alaves. That same issue already forced him to sit out Thursday's Conference League match against Partizan. His continued absence extends a run without playing time, with Alberto Risco expected to remain the option in midfield until Martin is fit again.
Uncertain for Sunday
Martin (undisclosed) is uncertain for Sunday's match against Racing Santander, according to manager Jose Bordalas. "We'll see if we can have him [for tomorrow]. It's hard, but he wants to be available. We'll make a final call regarding his availability."
Analysis: Martin didn't play in Thursday's Conference League matchup against Partizan and might not be ready on a quick turnaround, especially since the club has another tough matchup next Thursday. Alberto Risco could be an option to start in midfield if Martin isn't deemed fit enough.
