Creative threat out wide

Belloumi was one of Hull's more creative presences on the right wing during the promotion campaign, bringing technical quality and direct running to coach Sergej Jakirovic's attacking setup throughout the Championship season.

Analysis: Belloumi made 25 Championship appearances this season, contributing three goals and four assists while providing the width and creativity on the right flank that gave Hull an unpredictable attacking dimension in the final third. His ability to cut inside, combine in tight spaces and deliver dangerous crosses makes him a useful option in multiple attacking systems, with his set-piece responsibilities adding an additional creative weapon to his role in the team. Belloumi will need to find more consistency in his output to establish himself at the higher level, but his technical quality, direct contribution of seven goal involvements and set-piece quality give Hull City a potentially exciting option in wide areas heading into the new campaign.
