Amad Diallo

Analysis: Diallo made his second consecutive Premier League start since returning from injury, operating on the right wing against Leeds. The Ivorian winger attempted two shots, delivered two crosses and took three corners but was unable to contribute directly to Manchester United's goal. His continued inclusion in the starting lineup suggests he is regaining a regular role following his spell on the sidelines. Although he remains without a goal contribution since returning, his involvement in some set pieces adds another potential source of attacking production.

Could return against Ipswich

Diallo (undisclosed) could return for the upcoming match against Ipswich after suffering a minor injury in training last week, according to the Daily Mail.

Analysis: Diallo missed the season opener against Hull City after picking up the issue in training, but the injury is now believed to be minor despite previous concerns over a potentially lengthy absence. The winger could return on the right flank against Ipswich, which would allow Bryan Mbeumo to move into a more central attacking role. Diallo's potential return would provide a significant boost given his pace, creativity and ability to create chances from wide areas.
