Struggles in first season start
Dominguez recorded three tackles (zero won) and one interception in Sunday's 1-0 defeat to Arsenal.
Analysis: Dominguez recorded three tackles without winning any and added one interception across 74 minutes in Sunday's 1-0 defeat to Arsenal. He returned to the starting lineup in place of the injured Morgan Gibbs-White (undisclosed), operating in central midfield alongside Xaver Schlager as Forest attempted to frustrate Arsenal through a compact defensive structure. Dominguez contributed to the hosts' disciplined first-half performance but offered little attacking production before being replaced by Ibrahim Sangare midway through the second half.
Assists off bench
Dominguez assisted once to go with zero corners and one chance created in Sunday's 4-1 victory versus Burnley.
Analysis: Dominguez came on before the end of the second half and made an immediate impact in his 10 minutes on the pitch, recording three tackles and earning his first assist of the season by setting up Igor Jesus in a one-on-one situation.
