Signs two-year deal with Coventry
Bentley has signed a two-year contract with Coventry from Wolverhampton Wanderers, the club announced.
Analysis: Bentley made only three Premier League appearances for Wolves last season, largely playing a backup role behind the club's primary goalkeeper. Bentley is expected to bring experience and serve as backup to number one Carl Rushworth, with the 33-year-old saying he wants to complement Coventry's goalkeeping group while making his mark whenever his opportunity comes.
Three saves in 3-0 defeat
Bentley recorded three saves and allowed three goals in Saturday's 3-0 defeat against Brighton.
Analysis: Bentley has started three games this season, all of which have come in the last four games. In these games, he has conceded seven goals, making seven saves. In each game, he has made the same number of saves as the number of goals conceded. With three starts, this is the joint-most starts he has made in a Premier League season.
