Returns to Fenerbahce
Amrabat returned to Fenerbahce following the conclusion of his loan spell at Real Betis.
Analysis: Amrabat made 17 La Liga appearances for Betis during the 2025/26 season during his year's loan in Spain, and made his Europa League debut for the Spanish club during his time there. The 29 year old Moroccan international, whose contract with Fenerbahce runs through the mandatory purchase option triggered from Fiorentina, now returns to Turkey with his role for the new season set to be determined heading into preseason.
Completes 64 passes
Amrabat had two tackles (one won), one clearance and two interceptions in Wednesday's 4-2 win against Haiti.
Analysis: Amrabat was not as active as he would've liked Wednesday, recording a clearance, two interceptions and a few tackles in the defense, but not a single offensive stat. This comes in his first minutes of the 2026 World Cup, playing the full 90 after two games unused. That said, a return to the bench could be on the horizon as Morocco enters the knockout stages.
