Nicolas Kühn

Remains sidelined against Hoffenheim

Kuhn (muscular) has been ruled out for Sunday's Bundesliga clash against Hoffenheim despite recently returning to full team training.

Analysis: Kuhn remains unavailable after suffering a muscle tear during his only Bundesliga appearance of the season in early September. The winger has made encouraging progress in his recovery, completing multiple full training sessions this week after spending several weeks on the sidelines. Coach Alexander Blessin previously indicated that Kuhn could be available for the following Bundesliga fixture against Stuttgart, making a return next week a realistic possibility. Having played just once in the league this season, Kuhn could initially be restricted to a substitute role as he works toward regaining match fitness.
