Completes ban

Comert served a one-game suspension in Sunday's 2-1 loss to Milan.

Analysis: Comert will be available for the second round against Sassuolo and will try to unseat either Saul Coco or Ardian Ismajli. He contributed to six clean sheets in 17 matches with Valencia last year, tallying 26 tackles, 20 interceptions and 88 clearances.

Suspended for Milan game

Comert won't be an option against Milan on Saturday due to yellow-card accumulation.

Analysis: Comert needs to clear a disqualification he picked up during his time in La Liga and won't be available for the opener. Ardian Ismajli, Pietro Comuzzo and Saul Coco are likely to form the backline from the start against Milan.
