Keeps clean sheet vs. Canada
Bono registered three saves and allowed zero goals in Saturday's 3-0 win against Canada.
Analysis: Bono was busy in the early stages of the match, but the veteran goalkeeper stepped up every time the team needed him to do so. Bounou has kept two clean sheets in five appearances in the tournament while averaging 1.8 saves per match, and he'll be in line for a busier outing in the quarterfinals next week.
Saves penalty to help win shootout
Bono had one save and allowed one goal in Monday's 1-1 (4-3) penalty shootout victory versus Netherlands.
Analysis: Bounou helped Morocco to progress to the round of 1, where they will now play against Canada. The keeper made one save during the 120 minutes of regular time and extra time, but did save the penalty of Crysencio Summerville, which allowed Ismael Saiibari to score the wining penalty.
