Concedes two against Elche
Courtois had one save and allowed two goals in Tuesday's 3-2 win versus Elche.
Analysis: Courtois would not have his best match in net for Real Madrid as they avoided defeat, allowing two goals while only making one save. This is now a fourth straight appearance for the keeper without an assist, with only one between his six league appearances and one UCL appearance. He will now prepare to face Atletico Madrid on Sunday, likely to be another tough contest.
Makes two saves
Courtois had two saves and allowed one goal in Saturday's 2-1 win against Espanyol.
Analysis: Courtois opened the 2026/27 season by allowing one goal and making just two saves in the win over Espanyol, a relatively quiet outing. The veteran goalkeeper is entering his ninth season with Los Blancos and remains one of the league's top keepers, especially after a strong 2025/26 campaign in which he recorded 13 clean sheets in 32 La Liga appearances while conceding just 28 goals.
