Boey has completed a half-season loan to Galatasaray and is once again part of Bayern Munich's roster.

Analysis: Boey has struggled with injuries over the past year, but his time in Turkey helped him to regain form, featuring even in a few Champions League matches. During that span, he scored two goals over 16 appearances in all competitions. He would be considered mainly as a defensive asset if he continues his career in his parent club, but he might often be on the bench while either Konrad Laimer or Josip Stanisic feature at right-back.
