Jérémie Boga
JUV
Deployed late versus Lazio
Boga (thigh) had one accurate cross and completed two passes in three minutes in Sunday's 3-0 loss to Lazio.
Analysis: Boga saw limited action in his return from a pretty significant thigh injury. He'll rejoin the rotation once he's closer to 100 percent, but will have to split minutes with multiple teammates unless he fares particularly well.
Stays at Juventus
Boga signed a contract with Juventus until 2029 after being bought out following a six-month loan spell.
Analysis: Boga was effective as a super sub and a fill-in starter in his Serie A return following a tumultuous start of the season at Nice, where he had stopped paying due to an incident with the fans. He'll have a similar role next campaign after tallying four goals, 27 shots (12 on target) and 16 chances created in 16 appearances (six starts) in Turin.
Bubbly in Torino contest
Boga created one scoring chance and had one shot (zero on goal), three crosses (one accurate) and three corners in Sunday's 2-2 draw against Torino.
Analysis: Boga filled in for Kenan Yildiz and ran the offense alongside Dusan Vlahovic and Francisco Conceicao, but he wasn't part of the two goals. He took at least one shot in his last five displays, totaling nine (three on target). He's likely to be bought out after a solid loan spell during which he scored four times and added 24 shots (12 on target), 15 chances created and 30 crosses (10 accurate) in 15 appearances (six starts).
Swings in three crosses versus Milan
Boga had one shot (zero on goal), three crosses (zero accurate) and two corners and drew one foul in Sunday's 0-0 draw versus AC Milan.
Analysis: Boga continues to benefit from Kenan Yildiz's subpar fitness and led his team in deliveries but wasn't as impactful as in other contests. He has taken one or more corners in six rounds in a row, amassing 12 and posting two goals, 10 shots (seven on target) and 18 crosses (six accurate) over that span.
