Three shots in opener
Moore had three shots (three on goal) and one cross (one accurate) in Saturday's 3-0 defeat against Brentford.
Analysis: Moore was a surprise addition to the starting XI Saturday with the teenager starting on the right wing in the season opener. He arguably had Spurs' best three chances of the match, but all three of those chances he shot right at the opposing goalkeeper for easy saves. He was replaced in the 68th minute by James Maddison. While Moore clearly has talent and is a player to watch for the future, Spurs do not seem keen on him being a regular player for them just yet. However, with the team still dealing with numerous injuries on the attack -- most notably Mohammed Kudus (quadriceps), Xavi Simons (knee) and Dejan Kulusevski (knee) -- Moore could continue seeing playing time until those players return or new players come in during the final days of the transfer window.
Returns to England
Moore will return to parent club Tottenham following the conclusion of his loan spell at Rangers.
Analysis: Moore made a significant impact in Scotland, scoring seven goals and providing four assists across 2,778 minutes in the Scottish Premiership, establishing himself as one of the most exciting young players in the division. Moore now heads back to Tottenham where new coach Roberto De Zerbi is expected to evaluate him during pre-season before making a final decision on his role heading into the 2026/27 campaign.
