Outstanding season in 2025/26

Chupe scored 25 goals and added six assists in 45 league appearances for Malaga in the 2025/26 season.

Analysis: Chupe was the main reference upfront all season long for Malaga, and the striker was the only player to surpass the 20-goal plateau. He was more than just a finisher, however, and his six assists ranked second on the team behind Joaquin Munoz's seven. Malaga are expected to strengthen the side over the summer, but Chupe should have a role with the squad in the return to LaLiga for 2026/27.
