Jeffrey de Lange
One save in comfortable victory
De Lange had one save and allowed two goals in Sunday's 5-2 win over Angers.
Analysis: De Lange made one save while allowing two goals during Sunday's 5-2 victory at Angers, as he couldn't build enough on the clean sheet he secured against Troyes. He was beaten in the 14th minute when Geoffrey Kondogbia's attempted clearance deflected off Lilian Rao-Lisoa and into the net before conceding again to Amine El Ouazzani's penalty in the 75th minute. De Lange had relatively little work despite Angers generating 11 shots, while he was fortunate to see Prosper Peter's second-half volley strike the crossbar as Marseille secured their second consecutive league victory.
Registers clean sheet
De Lange had two saves and allowed zero goals in Saturday's 4-0 win over Strasbourg.
Analysis: De Lange started the new season on a positive note and registered a clean sheet after almost a year. He also recorded a 100 percent pass completion with his 32 passes. Next, he takes on Monaco.
Two brilliant saves in defeat
De Lange made two saves and allowed three goals in Saturday's 3-0 defeat against Nantes.
Analysis: De Lange stepped in for Geronimo Rulli (back) and kept Marseille afloat before the break with a pair of high-level saves, first getting a strong hand to Remy Cabella's effort in the 33rd minute before coming up big again to stone Mohamed Kaba on a dangerous counter in the 36th minute. He then got hung out to dry during an eight-minute collapse after halftime, conceding three times with no real chance on Ignatius Ganago's 50th minute cross-shot, Cabella's 54th minute finish and Matthis Abline's 58th minute solo run, as each chance stemmed from defensive breakdowns in front of him. His first-half showing stood as Marseille's only real positive, and he should be in line to start again Sunday against Le Havre if Rulli isn't able to return.
