Rubén García

Unlucky to miss out on assist
Garcia generated two shots (zero on goal), seven crosses (four accurate) and six corners in Sunday's 2-0 win over Racing Santander.
Analysis: Garcia was solid in service, delivering four accurate crosses in seven attempts and adding six corners. He should have better statistical luck against Sevilla if he can maintain this volume. Sevilla have allowed 16 goals already through nine LaLiga matches this season.
Suffers ankle injury
Garcia suffered an ankle injury but has avoided bone damage, according to his club.
Analysis: Garcia went down in the season finale and now looks to be set for some recovery this offseason, suffering from an ankle injury. The good news is that no bone damage has been detected, as it appears to be only a sprain or ligament injury. He will then look to recover ahead of the next campaign, ending the 2025/26 season with two goals and five assists in 35 appearances (28 starts).
