Analysis: Kessie achieved a surprising goal contribution via right-footed finish in the 30th minute, opening the score in his team's second game of the tournament. The midfielder had previously served as more of a defensive participant, which could be a more natural role for him, even though he's also capable of excelling offensively after notching five goals and three assists in 26 games over the last club season in Saudi Arabia.
